Seven simple steps from creating your account to collecting your package in Jamaica.

    Create Your Account

    Register with Ship With WIS. Once the QWIKPACK connection is active, the official backend will create or return the customer number used for the account.

  2. Step 2

    Receive Your Warehouse Information

    Copy the assigned customer name, warehouse address and unique customer number exactly as displayed.

  3. Step 3

    Shop Online

    Use the provided warehouse information when placing an order with an online retailer.

  4. Step 4

    Pre-Alert Your Package

    Submit the tracking number and required package details through the customer portal when this feature is activated through QWIKPACK.

  5. Step 5

    Warehouse Receipt and Processing

    When the designated warehouse records the package, the customer dashboard should display the information made available through the QWIKPACK API.

  6. Step 6

    Shipment to Jamaica

    Packages are generally scheduled for shipment up to three times weekly, depending on operational conditions.

All prices are listed in Jamaican dollars and there is no separate processing fee. Charges are based on the applicable Ship With WIS rate and the billable weight recorded by the warehouse.

Oversized packages, customs assessments, special handling and storage may attract additional disclosed charges where relevant.
